Operating systems

• Windows 10 and newer
• macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and newer
• Android 10 and newer
• iOS 14 and newer

Browsers

Unless otherwise specified, E-Sign is compatible with the most recent stable version of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Chrome for Android
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Safari
• Safari for iOS

Suggested screen resolution

• Recommended: 1400×900 or higher
• Minimum: 1366×768

Security settings

• Enable per-session cookies.
• Enable JavaScript
• Users access the internet through a Proxy Server must enable HTTP 1.1 settings through a proxy connection.

PDF reader

• Acrobat Reader or similar software might be required to view PDF files.
• The minimum required PDF version that your PDF reader must be able to open is PDF 1.5.

Mobile signing

• The latest Apple iOS version
• The latest Android version

Signing with assistive technologies

To make sure that everyone can sign our documents, E-Sign allows you to use various assistive technologies. E-Sign allows you to sign documents using:

• Screen readers that enable people with visual impairments to sign an envelope by following the required instructions
• To ensure that any action can only be carried out using your device, utilise the keyboard exclusively.
