Provide an additional layer of security and identity verification for your transactions with our Two Factor Authentication. Our platform allows you to enable SMS authentication when you send a document for eSigning.
Simply select “Send PIN via SMS” and enter your signer’s mobile number. A one-time passcode will be sent to your signer’s phone. They’ll have to enter this code before they can access and eSign your document.
Documents by enabling password protection.
Control who can access your documents by enabling password protection. Add an extra layer of security by clicking on the small padlock icon when sending a document for signing.
You can either choose a password yourself or click the icon to auto-generate one. You will then need to provide your signer with the password before they can access your document. This ensures that only authorised parties can view sensitive business information.
